Engineering Department Hours of Operation:
 
Maintenance Engineers are present in the building Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and on call all after hours and weekends for emergencies.

Maintenance and Repairs:
 
The Landlord is responsible for maintenance of all public and common areas of the building, including lobbies, stairs, elevators, corridors and restrooms as well as all windows, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.  Building Management will maintain building standard items such as the air conditioning system, building standard lights, doors and windows within your office space.  Any non-standard item such as mounting pictures or boards, changing door locks, etc. shall be provided by engineering at an additional charge.

Response Time:
 
All Engineering requests are given a priority code and responded to within that time period.  This can range from an immediate response for flooding, safety issues or power outages to a 24 hour response for less urgent matters, such as getting quotes from subcontractors. 
 
Contractor and Vendor Identification:
 
All contractors and vendors in the building are required to register with the Dock master (980) 388-3772 during normal business hours or with the Security Console after hours and are assigned an ID badge which is to be worn at all times.  If a contractor or vendor is not wearing this badge, please contact the Security Console at (980) 388-3772.
